Rachana Awatramani has done her M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2010. She is
also certified in Psychology First Aid by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public
Health and a certified Happiness Life Coach.
Rachana Awatramani regularly contributed in Times of India under ask the expert
column and her responses have also been translated in various languages like
Hindi, Telugu, Croatian and Indonesian. She also shares her thoughts in various print media such as, Midday, Mumbai Mirror, New Age Women, Teenager Today,
etc. She was recently honored by the Women of Excellence award by Women
Economic Forum 2018.
Rachana, has worked with different schools and institutes in Mumbai like Fidai
Institutions, Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Umang Foundation Trust. She is
also the Founder-Director of Celebrating Life Welfare Trust. She and her team of
trained and qualified psychologists conduct many training programs, career
guidance program and workshops on various psychology-related topics including
Universal Mental Health First Aid and Gender sensitization in various regions
across the country.
